Secretary of the Arts?

The legendary Quincy Jones among others is advocating that a Secretary of the Arts be added to the Obama cabinet.

To date, 234,284 signatures have been gathered. On the flipside, a petition with a paltry 10 signatures opposes creating this cabinet post.
